For furniture products, delivery is within up to 15 business days (2 weeks).
For fabrics and motions, delivery is faster — usually 1–2 business days.
We deliver across the UAE (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above 500 AED to main cities. Additional fees may apply for remote areas. During holiday seasons, deliveries may take a little longer.

Do you offer delivery across the UAE and how long does it take?
We deliver all over the UAE. Standard delivery for ready items takes 1–2 business days inside the UAE. For custom furniture, production and processing takes 2 weeks (15 business days) before delivery..
Can I customize the size, fabric, or color of my furniture?
Yes! All our designs are fully customizable — from fabric type to color and even size adjustments — so your furniture perfectly matches your style.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For flexibility, we also offer Tabby installment plans, so you can split your payments easily.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
- Returns: We do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
