Do you deliver across all Emirates in the UAE?
Yes, we deliver to all Emirates across the UAE. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard delivery for ready items takes 1–2 business days inside the UAE. For custom furniture, production and processing takes 2 weeks (15 business days) before delivery.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you can contact us for delivery status.
What is your return policy if my item arrives damaged?
If an item is defective or damaged on delivery, please contact us upon receiving and share the photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem immediately.

How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired item, customize it if available, and click Add to Cart. You can then proceed to secure checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. After this, production begins and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also offer Tabby installment plans for flexible payments.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes. We’ve partnered with Tabby, so you can split your payments into easy installments.

How can I be sure of the quality before ordering?
Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, and we only use high-quality materials. You can also view customer reviews and testimonials for added assurance or visit our showroom and factory for physical inspection.
Do you offer assembly services with delivery?
Yes, most of our large furniture items are delivered with professional assembly included, so you can enjoy them right away.
