Shipping and Delivery
For furniture products, delivery is within up to 15 business days (2 weeks).
For fabrics and Cushions, delivery is faster — usually 1–2 business days.
We deliver across the UAE (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above 2000AED to main cities. Additional fees may apply for remote areas. During holiday seasons, deliveries may take a little longer.
Care Instructions
Keep your furniture fresh by vacuuming or brushing regularly and protecting it from direct sunlight and heat. For spills, gently blot with a cloth dampened in distilled water and avoid detergents or excess moisture. For the best results, we recommend professional upholstery cleaning when needed.
Refund and Return Policy

- We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with clear photos.
- After verification, we will provide the appropriate solution.

Do you offer delivery across the UAE and how long does it take?
We deliver all over the UAE. Standard delivery for ready items takes 1–2 business days inside the UAE. For custom furniture, production and processing takes 2 weeks (15 business days) before delivery..
Can I customize the size, fabric, or color of my furniture?
Yes! All our designs are fully customizable — from fabric type to color and even size adjustments — so your furniture perfectly matches your style.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For flexibility, we also offer Tabby and Tamara installment plans, so you can split your payments easily.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
- Returns: We do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
