Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery (UAE): 2 business weeks. Please note that delays may occur due to incomplete or invalid addresses.
Processing Time: Orders typically require up to 4 weeks (30 business days) for processing before shipment.
Pre-Paid Orders: Free standard shipping is available on all orders above AED 500 to major UAE cities. For deliveries to remote areas or countryside locations, additional delivery charges may apply.
Maximum Delivery Window: All UAE orders will be delivered within 30 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Holiday Shipping Information
During peak holiday seasons (such as Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), orders may require additional processing time. Please allow an extra 2–4 business days in addition to the public holiday period for deliveries.
