What Happens After You Book
Once you've chosen your date and time and completed checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation and a calendar invite straight away.
Our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm the appointment and check the details of your space — which rooms you're furnishing, and roughly what you have in mind. This helps your consultant bring the right catalogues.
On the day, your consultant arrives with our full fabric, leather, and finish collections. Expect 60 to 90 minutes together. We'll look at your space, your light, and how you actually use the room, then talk through pieces, sizes, and materials that work together.
You'll receive a follow-up quote covering everything discussed. There's no obligation to order.
Areas We Cover
We visit homes across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah — at the same AED 250 fee. No travel charges, wherever you are.
Need to Reschedule?
Plans change, and that's fine. Message us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before your appointment and we'll move it to a time that suits you. Your AED 250 credit stays valid either way.

Do you offer delivery across the UAE and how long does it take?
We deliver all over the UAE. Standard delivery for ready items takes 1–2 business days inside the UAE. For custom furniture, production and processing takes 2 weeks (15 business days) before delivery..
Can I customize the size, fabric, or color of my furniture?
Yes! All our designs are fully customizable — from fabric type to color and even size adjustments — so your furniture perfectly matches your style.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For flexibility, we also offer Tabby and Tamara installment plans, so you can split your payments easily.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
- Returns: We do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
How can I be sure of the product quality before ordering online?
