Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At IDT, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality in every piece we deliver. Each order undergoes a full inspection before leaving our warehouse to guarantee that it arrives in excellent condition. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will resolve the issue promptly on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must provide photographs of the defect or damage immediately upon delivery.
Once verified, IDT will provide a suitable solution in a timely manner.
Timeframe: Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer assistance.
Important Reminder: Please check all product details, including sizes, materials, and finishes, before placing your order to ensure satisfaction.

Order Cancellations

Furniture Orders

  • Furniture orders may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase.

  • After 3 days, the order enters production, materials are prepared, and work begins. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible.

Cushions, Fabrics, and Cushion Fillings

  • These orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the fast fulfillment workflow.
