Shipping & Delivery

The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 business days inside UAE but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.
The standard Processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
Free standard shipping on all orders over 500 AED to the main cities of UAE, there would be additional delivery fees for deliveries to the country sides or the locations where it’s far from the cities, all orders in UAE are delivered within 1 to 2 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 2 to 4 days + Public holiday period)

Additional Information

1- To prevent soil buildup, it is suggested to regularly vacuum or lightly brush to remove dust and grime. If there are any stains, spot clean them using a mild water-free solvent or dry cleaning product. It is important not to saturate the fabric or use water. Before cleaning the entire area, it is recommended to pretest a small section. Pile fabric may require brushing to restore its appearance. Lastly, cushion covers should not be taken off and washed.

2- To maintain the fabric’s new look, it is advised to dust or vacuum regularly. It is also important to prevent direct sunlight and heat exposure to avoid premature fading. In case of spills, immediately dab them with a soft white cloth that has been dampened with distilled water. It is crucial to not use tap water or detergents for cleaning. For a thorough clean, it is recommended to seek professional upholstery cleaning.
