Shipping & Delivery
- The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 business days inside UAE but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.
- The standard Processing time is 4 weeks or 30 business days.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over 500 AED to the main cities of UAE, there would be additional delivery fees for deliveries to the country sides or the locations where it’s far from the cities, all orders in UAE are delivered within 30 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.
- Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days.(Delivery span will be processing period 2 to 4 days + Public holiday period)
